Biotique is famous for their preservative free, organically pure skin and hair care products. I am a big big fan of their Biotique Sandalwood Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50 and so when I saw Biotique had a face lotion too I had to get it. I had heard very nice reviews from my friends and relatives and it made me all the more desperate to try it. And finally I did! So in this post, I am going to review Biotique Morning Nectar Face Lotion. Let us see how this product fared for my skin.
All About Biotique Morning Nectar Face Lotion:

The face lotion comes in a white bottle with a green screw fit cap. The bottle is quite sturdy and the cap closes tightly making it easy to carry around. Previously Biotique used to have this big mouth but now it is in the form of a small nozzle. So it is more convenient now in every way possible. The only thing that bothers me a little is the flip top cap. If it had that, the packaging would have been really nice.
My take on Biotique Morning Nectar lotion:
The consistency of Biotique Morning Nectar Lotion is medium neither too thick nor too runny but spreads really well on my skin and gets absorbed within a moment. The colour is off white and the texture is really smooth. It has no coarseness in its texture.
I apply it in the morning and before bed time after washing my face with the Patanjali Saundarya face wash and after applying Divya Gulab Jal and Patanjali AloeVera gel. It moisturises my skin very well and leaves it baby soft and smooth. In terms of fairness, I haven’t seen any results so I will like to infer that this claim made by Biotique is baseless. With time, it may brighten my face as there are a number of natural good ingredients present which have all the benefits. But until now there is no brightness even.
Whenever I apply this face lotion, specially in the day time I sweat a little bit so I prefer using it at night. Even I can’t go out only with this lotion as it has no SPF in it. I need to apply a sunscreen before stepping out.

Repurchase and recommendation:
Though Biotique Morning nectar is a good lotion, I will like to experiment with other varieties and brands. So might not repurchase.
If you are looking for a normal face lotion without high hopes then you can give it a try. Otherwise if you skip, you won’t miss much.
Biotique Morning Nectar Lotion is a normal face lotion for normal to dry skin people. It surely makes skin soft and supple but it surely doesn’t fulfil all the claims. A decent buy at an affordable price.
