  • Single-Leg Deadlift

By standing on the left foot hold a pair of dumbbells, now by lifting right foot behind you bend the knee so that right leg is equivalent with the floor. Now slightly bend your hips forward and calmly yet slowly get your body down as much as you can, hold a second then go back to beginning position. While doing this think to push your hips forward by using your glutes rather lift it from the back, try to maintain focus and do try to chest up while doing this entire move.

  • Side Plank

Make toes turn out slightly and stand on feet width-shoulder separately, now down your body through knees bending till the thighs get to parallel. Now by bringing arms overhead down the back and shoulder, now hold it for few seconds and get back to starting position slowly.
